The little tissue paper and the sticker on the box was the bit I noticed most, felt like a proper treat. Jumper itself is fine, a bit thinner than the photo but ok for the price. Sent it back once, the returns form was a faff to find though.

Ordered a small crossbody bag on the app. The colour was slightly darker than on screen but still nice. The return label came in the box which was handy but getting the refund took about a week to show up.
Pretty alright, the hoodie is comfy enough and the price was fine. Delivery was slow though and it turned up after the date they gave. Not a disaster but I doubt I will be ordering again soon.
