My old laptop charger packed up so I needed a replacement quickly. I know the spec well enough to check the listing carefully and it looked right. Arrived on time but the cable is a bit shorter than I'd like and the plug feels slightly loose. It works, I'm not going to make a fuss over it, but I'd have expected a sturdier one at this price. Fair enough for the money.

I compared three or four sites before picking this one and it came out ahead on price and on delivery time. The other places wanted almost ten pounds more for the same lamp and their delivery was a week. Here it arrived in two days and was packed really well with no damage. The lamp looks just like the pictures and the bulb fitting was easy to sort. I'm happy with it and would happily order from them again.

The detail that stands out to me is that my account still remembers my sizes after all these years. I've been a customer a long time and it's always been reliable. This time a jumper arrived a day later than the date they gave, and I did have to message them to find out where it was, though they replied within the hour. Otherwise the knitwear is good quality and reasonably priced. I'll keep ordering from them.

Compared with the high street brand I normally buy from, this felt a step down. The fabric on the jacket is thinner than the photos suggested and the stitching around the cuffs looks rushed. It's not terrible but for the same kind of money I'd expect better. Returning it was a bit of a faff too, had to print a label and wait a while for the refund to show up. Probably won't go back.
