Honestly it's a good site and I'd order from them again. I compared three places before picking this one, and they weren't the cheapest on the item, but the checkout was smooth and it came quickly. Returns looked a bit fiddly from the info page but I didn't need one.
Compared with the big supermarket site I normally use for cleaning stuff, this one had a much wider range of microfibre cloths and a proper bulk option. The price per cloth worked out lower too. Delivery was a day later than the supermarket usually manages, which is the only reason it's not a five. Packaging was tidy and nothing was broken.
