CINCO

I'd been looking at the usual big high street sites for a new hoover, but this one came in cheaper for the same model and free delivery. Placing the order was dead simple and it turned up two days later in good nick. Didn't have to speak to anyone, which was fine by me. Would use them again.

Got a cordless drill set from them and it was about a fiver less than the other places I checked, which is why I went for it. Arrived in two days, battery came charged and it works fine. Only thing to note is the case is a bit flimsy but for the money it's spot on. Would buy from them again for tools.

Really happy with this one, they got my order sorted in minutes on the app and it arrived the next day with no faff. Checkout was quick, I saved my details, reordering is a two tap job now. Only thing I'd say is the search could be better but I found what I needed straight away so not a big deal.

I was surprised that the rug I ordered for the bathroom came in a box with my name on the label, which I thought was a nice touch. The colour was a shade darker than the photo on the site, which isn't a dealbreaker but I did have to think about whether it would match the towels. Delivery took about five days, which was fine, though I'd have liked a text to say it was on its way.

I bought a cotton duvet cover and two pillowcases from them last month for my daughter's new flat, and the set arrived well packed and exactly as described. The ordering process was simple enough, I'm not much of one for computers but I managed the whole thing without ringing anyone. The colour is a soft grey, very neat and practical. I'd happily order from them again, and I've already mentioned them to my neighbour.

Honestly it's a good site and I'd order from them again. I compared three places before picking this one, and they weren't the cheapest on the item, but the checkout was smooth and it came quickly. Returns looked a bit fiddly from the info page but I didn't need one.

Our damp problem got bad over winter so I needed a proper dehumidifier and I've been reading up on them for a while. I went with this one because the capacity and the noise rating were listed clearly. The order arrived well packed and the unit runs quietly in the bedroom. Price was a touch above the cheaper options but I think it's justified.

Compared with the big supermarket site I normally use for cleaning stuff, this one had a much wider range of microfibre cloths and a proper bulk option. The price per cloth worked out lower too. Delivery was a day later than the supermarket usually manages, which is the only reason it's not a five. Packaging was tidy and nothing was broken.

I needed a replacement part for my old kettle and I've been using this site for years, so I went straight to them. The item I ordered wasn't quite what the listing showed, the colour was off and the fitting bit was a different size. Getting it sorted meant emailing back and forth for four days before they agreed to swap it. I'd have liked it to be right first time.
