I was rather struck by how carefully everything was packed, with each item wrapped separately and a little card tucked inside. I'd been wary of ordering online for something so particular, but the description matched what arrived. The team answered my email promptly when I had a question about the care instructions. I've since recommended it to my sister, who lives in Harrogate.

Read moreBought the 12 month plan for our two kids' school clothes and bags, and it works out cheaper than paying for everything separately each term. The sizing guide was clear and the first order came in a few days, which was quicker than I expected. Customer support answered my one question within an hour. Good value for a family with growing kids.
Read moreThis is the one I'd go back to. I looked at two other sites first and this one had the clearest pricing and the fewest hidden extras at checkout. Delivery was next day and the tracking actually updated along the way. Would pick them again without thinking about it.

Bought a padded parka for the dog walks and it arrived in about three days, which was quicker than I expected. I know my outdoor gear well so I could tell straight away the zips and seams were decent for the money. The hood is a bit small if you wear a bobble hat though, so I'd size up if that's you.
