I was rather struck by how carefully everything was packed, with each item wrapped separately and a little card tucked inside. I'd been wary of ordering online for something so particular, but the description matched what arrived. The team answered my email promptly when I had a question about the care instructions. I've since recommended it to my sister, who lives in Harrogate.
Read moreDid what it said on the tin in the end, but it took two emails and nearly a week before anyone sorted my order out. Would have liked a quicker reply.
Read moreBought the 12 month plan for our two kids' school clothes and bags, and it works out cheaper than paying for everything separately each term. The sizing guide was clear and the first order came in a few days, which was quicker than I expected. Customer support answered my one question within an hour. Good value for a family with growing kids.
Read moreCompared with the shop I usually go to for the same thing, this works out a bit dearer once you add delivery, but the site was easy enough to use and I liked being able to pick my own delivery slot. Takes a bit longer to arrive than I'd like, though it did turn up on the day it said it would.
Needed a replacement for a broken one before a trip, so I checked a couple of other places first. This was the cheapest I could find with next day delivery. Took a few minutes to get the address box to accept my postcode but sorted it.
Needed it for my cousin's wedding in June and didn't have time to shop around properly so ordered the lot on the site on a Sunday night. Got a confirmation straight away and it turned up Wednesday, everything was there and fits fine. Only thing is the checkout kept logging me out so I had to go through twice, but got there in the end.
