Christmas Tree World

We needed a tree for the lounge and wanted something that would last the whole festive period without us fussing over it. The tree did the job and the needles held up for a fortnight or so. It is definitely pricier than the garden centre down the road for a similar size, and the delivery charge added a bit more on top. Would think twice next year.

The trees themselves are very good, and I would say the quality is better than what we used to buy from the garden centre. My only complaint is that the delivery window was a little wider than I had hoped, and I did have to ring them once to chase it up. Ordering was straightforward and the tree has held its needles well so far, which is what matters to me. I'd order from them again.

I ordered a nordmann fir for the hall this year, as we have had the same artificial one for well over twenty years and my husband finally agreed to a real one. The tree was delivered in good order, very neatly wrapped, and the staff who took my phone call were most courteous. It has stood beautifully and the needles have stayed on right up to Twelfth Night.

Needles held up well and it smelled great all month. Only small thing was the box was a bit awkward to get into the car but that's on me.

I had been comparing these with the trees at our local farm shop and felt the farm shop ones were fuller for the price. The tree I received was a little thinner on one side than the photos suggested, though it was still a perfectly decent shape once I had turned it round. The customer team did reply to my email, though it took a few days. It is a fair tree but I expected a bit more fullness.

We bought a nordmann fir from the site for the second year running, and the needles are still soft and green. Delivery came on the day stated and the driver put it just inside the porch as asked. The care guide is useful and I followed it to the letter. It is a reliable place to get a good tree.

Compared to the supermarket ones I usually grab last minute these were miles better, the needles actually stay on. Ordered on the app, pretty quick, and it turned up when they said it would. Didn't have to do anything fancy to keep it alive either, just water it.
