Choice Store

I'd say it's a reliable place to shop online, though I did find the checkout a little fiddly at first. The order itself came through promptly and everything was as described. The only thing I'd mention is that the confirmation emails took a while to arrive, but nothing that would put me off ordering again.

Ordered from them for the first time last week and I was pleasantly honest surprised by how easy it was. Signing up took a minute and the site let me save my details without fuss. I picked a jacket and it turned up in four days, with the tracking updating the whole way. The price was reasonable for what I paid. I'll definitely be back for something else.

I was rather surprised by how quickly my order was dealt with, given that I had ordered a pair of reading lamps late on a Thursday evening. The site was clear and easy to follow, which I did appreciate, as I am not always at ease with these things. The lamps arrived on the Monday, very well wrapped, and the young man who left the parcel was most courteous. I'd happily order from them again.

Compared with ordering the same bedding from the big supermarket site, this came out a fair bit dearer, so I was a bit put out at first. The delivery itself was on time and the sheets are lovely and soft. Returning one pillowcase was more fiddly than I expected though, as I had to print a label and find a post office.

We moved into a bigger flat last year and the old router couldn't reach the back bedroom, so I went looking for a mesh system. I've bought networking kit for years so I knew what to check before I clicked buy. The kit they sent was the right model with the right ports, and setup took about twenty minutes. Only niggle is the app wanted an account before it would let me in.

my old phone charger died on a Sunday night and I had a work call first thing Monday so I needed something quick. Ordered on the app around 9pm, it said next day delivery and it came before lunch. Charger works perfectly, the cable is nice and long. Didn't have to talk to anyone which was honestly ideal for me. Would use again no question, saved me from a proper panic.

Ordered a padded winter coat in navy and it turned up in about three days. The stitching looks solid and it's warmer than I expected for the money. The only thing is the sleeves are a touch long on me, but that's a quick fix with a tailor. Fine on the whole.

Bought a kettle from them and it arrived in two days. Box was fine, nothing damaged, and it boils quick. Checkout was easy enough too, didn't have to make an account. Happy with it so far, will see how it holds up.

Compared with the big electronics chain I normally use, this was a lot cheaper for the same cable and charger. The spec matched the listing and it charged my laptop fine. Delivery was next day, which I didn't expect.
