Fine for what I needed, got it in a few clicks on my phone between meetings and it turned up when they said. Checkout was a bit slow on mobile though and I had to log in twice before it let me pay, so not a five from me, but it does the job and I'd probably use it again.

Needed a replacement part for the dishwasher because the old one had packed in and we had no clean plates. Ordered on the Monday but it took until the Friday to arrive, which was a bit much. The part was right but I had to ring them to find out where it was, and nobody rang back for a day.
