Cherub Baby

Ordered a baby bouncer on a Tuesday and it turned up Friday, which is fine. Took a while to get a reply when I asked about the colour though, about two days. Product is solid and the price was good. Would order again.

We needed a cot bed quickly because our old one was being recalled and we were stuck. I found the site through a friend and the ordering was simple enough. The bed came in two boxes and took ages to arrive, almost ten days, and the customer service team only replied after I chased them twice. The bed itself is sturdy and fine.

The zip on the sleep sack is the first thing I checked and it runs smoothly, which matters at 3am. The fabric is a bit thinner than I expected for the tog rating but it's fine for summer nights. Sizing ran true to the chart. Would buy again.

Bought the travel pram off here and the front wheel started squeaking after like two days. Delivery was fine, came quick. Tried to get a replacement part but the emails took a week to get sorted and it was a bit of a faff. Pram is ok for the price I guess but not the best build quality I have seen, would think twice.

Best value I have found for baby monitors, and I did a fair bit of looking before buying. The one I got has a decent range and the battery lasts most of the night without needing a charge. Ordering took about five minutes and the checkout didn't ask for loads of details. Arrived in two days, packed well. Only thing is the app setup took me a while to get going, but once it was sorted it's been spot on.

Needed a baby gift for my cousin's shower, it was on the Saturday and I had nothing. Found a lovely muslin set on the site, ordered it at lunchtime and it came Friday morning. Wrapped it myself and she loved it, so thanks.

Compared to the big department store I usually go to, these bottle warmers from here were a fair bit cheaper and arrived faster too. The warmer heats evenly and it has a timer that actually works, so I stopped guessing the temperature at night. Would buy again.

The swaddles were the first thing I noticed when they came out of the packaging, they are properly soft and not scratchy like the others I had tried. I ordered three in grey and they came in a neat little bag with tissue paper inside. I was a bit nervous buying from a site I had not used before, but everything arrived on time and as described. Lovely.

Compared with the thermometer I bought from the chemist, this one from the site gives a reading in seconds and does not need a fiddly cover. I was rather hesitant to order from a website but the delivery was prompt and the box was well sealed. It has been a comfort during the teething months, and I have recommended it to my daughter.
