Chelsea Florals

These are the best flowers I've had delivered in ages, and I've used a few services. The seasonal mix looked just like the photo and the scent filled the room. The card was handwritten by the florists which was a lovely touch and the arrangement held up well for ten days on my mum's kitchen table.

I ordered the peony bunch for my sister's housewarming. Before that I'd looked at three other sites and a couple of supermarkets, and the peonies here were fuller and came with proper care instructions. The flowers lasted over a week in the vase, which is what counted for me.

We needed flowers for my gran's funeral and I didn't have time to visit a shop. The wreath I picked arrived the morning before the service, and it was exactly the colours I'd chosen. The team helped me pick the right size for the coffin without any fuss.

I needed something for mum's 60th last month and was stuck at work all week so couldn't get to a shop. Been a customer for ages now and they've never let me down, though the card message box is tiny so keep it short. Arrived on the day, as ordered.

I'd priced up a few of the big florists before ordering and this came in cheaper for the same size of bunch. The roses looked healthy and the box was packed tight with no damage. Compared with the others I checked, it was the clear winner for the money.

Flowers look good, would have liked them a bit cheaper for what you pay. Delivery came the next day, which was fine. Not sure I'd order the same arrangement again.

The stems were properly conditioned and still cold when they came, which you don't see often. Most places send them limp. These opened up over three days exactly as the photos suggested and I've already put in an order for my mum's birthday next month.

I did try the florist in the village first, but their bouquets were smaller and dearer for what you got. These arrived fresh and well packed, though the stems were a touch shorter than I'd have liked for the vase I had in mind. Still, a sound choice for a birthday.
