Chaptex

The shipping cost at checkout was lower than I expected, which is the first thing I noticed when I placed my order for a set of picture hooks and a spirit level. Nothing too fancy, just good value for what I needed. Took about four working days to arrive, packed well and the price on the site matched what I paid. Will use again for the next bit of DIY.

Got the phone case from them last week and it fits my phone perfectly, no gaps round the buttons. Ordered in the evening and it was with me the next morning. Five quid cheaper than the high street, so yeah.

Compared to the big electronics retailer I normally use for drill bits, these came out cheaper and the sizes were labelled properly, which is a small thing but it matters when you're mid-job. I've been doing DIY for about fifteen years and the set is what I'd have bought anyway. They packed them well so none of the edges were chipped, and the order arrived the next working day. Good stuff.

Really happy with this one, signed up in about five minutes on my phone while waiting for the bus and the booking went through first time. Only niggle is the app froze twice when I was trying to pick a date and I had to close it and start again. Didn't lose anything though, and the confirmation email landed straight away so I'm not too bothered.

I've been ordering my reading glasses case from them for about six years now and it's never let me down. This time it arrived a day early and was exactly as described. Easy site to use, and I've bought from them for my husband too.

We needed a new kettle after ours packed in and I looked at three or four places before picking these. Their price was a bit higher than the big supermarket site but the kettle was decent. Delivery took four days when the site said two, and I had to message them to find out where it was. Not a disaster but a bit annoying.

Needed proper walking boots for a trip and looked at a few shops first. These were the cheapest of the lot with decent reviews. Fit was good, though the eyelets are a bit tight to get laces through.

Ordered a tent peg set and it took nine days to turn up, which is longer than they said. Quality is fine and the price was right. Just wish the tracking had been more accurate.

Honestly it was way better than the other place I usually order from, the stuff turned up quicker and didnt cost a fortune. Checkout was dead easy on my phone too, I didnt have to faff about with logging in. Would order again, probably this weekend actually.
