Compared with the big supermarket website I normally use, this one was quicker to find what I needed and the prices on the basics were a touch lower. Delivery slot was the one I wanted and the driver was polite. Happy to switch for the weekly shop.

Needed a replacement charger for work and couldn't wait. Found one on here, checkout took about a minute. It came next day which saved me. Only thing was the tracking email came through late but the parcel was fine.

We needed a replacement kettle quickly after ours packed in the week before we moved in. Ordered on a Sunday night and it turned up on Tuesday, which was better than I expected. The box was a bit squashed on one corner but the kettle itself was fine. Not my first choice of brand but it does the job.

I found exactly what I was after, a good quality cardigan at a reasonable price. The order was dispatched promptly and arrived well packed. I'd not hesitate to order again.

Before ordering I compared three other sites for the same dehumidifier and this one came out cheapest once I'd checked the delivery charge. The booking to delivery took under a week and the box was double wrapped, which was reassuring. Customer service answered my one question on live chat within a few minutes.

Compared with buying the same heater from a local shop I found it cost more once postage was added, and the local place would have had it the same day. When I ordered, the item arrived four days later than the date shown at checkout, and when I rang about it the reply took three days to come back. The heater itself works but the whole experience left me disappointed, and I'd check prices elsewhere first before going ahead.

Got a pair of trainers from here for my brother's birthday and they arrived in two days. Sizing was spot on, went with my usual size. The checkout took a sec to load on my phone but then it was fine. Wrapped nicely too, he was well happy with them and so was I.

I bought a garden hose from the site and it's perfectly serviceable, though it's a bit shorter than the picture suggested and I had to rethink where the tap would reach. The price was reasonable. Delivery took four days which was fine. It does the job, I suppose.

The bulb holder on the desk lamp I bought was a bit loose out of the box, which I only noticed after I'd plugged it in, so I tightened it myself with a screwdriver and it's been fine since. Otherwise the order went through without fuss, the site was easy to search by wattage and dimmability, and the lamp is nice enough for the price.

I've been ordering from them for about eight years now and I've never once been let down. Reorders are quick because it remembers my details. Prices are fair and they've always answered when I've needed them. I'd happily carry on.
