Anyone who has done a bit of joinery will know a decent bench chisel set matters and this one holds an edge well for the money. The steel takes a sharpen without fuss and the handles are comfortable over a long session. It's the best value I have found for this kind of kit.

Compared it with two other sites before ordering and this one came out ahead on the basket page, the others kept asking me to make an account before I could even see the postage cost. Ordered a pair of trainers on a Tuesday and they turned up Friday. The sizing chart was useful but I still ended up sending one pair back.

Needed a present for my sister's birthday and it was going to be late, so I ordered something here on the Thursday night. Got it Saturday morning which saved me. Bit pricey but I'd use them again.

Bought a pack of plain white work shirts from them about six years ago and I have been back every time I need restocking since. The cotton holds up through the wash and the collar doesn't go floppy. I like that the sizes are listed in both UK and chest measurements, which saves me guessing. Last order arrived in a single bag with no fuss.

Been using them for ages now and the thing I notice most is that they still send my monthly top up the same day I order it, which is more than I can say for a couple of other places. Checkout was a bit fiddly on my phone the last time, the card field kept jumping around, but once I got past that it was fine and everything turned up when it should.

Compared it to the big retailers for a replacement drill battery and they wanted nearly double for the same part. The battery is the right spec and fits my drill fine. Delivery took four working days though, which is slower than the other place, and I had to chase them once about the tracking.

What stands out to me after all these years is how the reorder button remembers my last order, so I never have to type my address again. I buy the same washing up liquid and bin bags every few weeks and it's always waiting in my list. The prices have crept up a bit lately but the service has stayed the same.

Needed a laptop bag for uni and looked at a few places before picking this one because it was cheaper than the others. The bag fits my 14 inch laptop with room for a charger. Arrived quicker than I expected too. Would buy again.

I would say this is a good place to shop for household goods. The ordering process was straightforward and I found what I needed without difficulty. The delivery was prompt and the parcel was well protected.

Bought a cordless kettle as my first order here and it arrived in a box that was bigger than it needed to be. The kettle itself works fine and boils quick. Checkout was easy enough, I just wish they had shown the delivery date earlier.
