Catsplay

I ordered a cat tree with a scratching post for my first cat, and I wasn't sure what to expect. It turned up within a few days and was easy enough to put together with the instructions. My cat has already claimed the top shelf and won't come down. Would order from here again.

I've bought a fair bit of cat food over the years so I know roughly what the usual brands cost. This site is on the expensive side for the same tins. The order arrived on time and the food was in date, so there's no real complaint there. I'd rather pay a bit less somewhere else.

Didn't expect the cat flap to turn up the next morning but it did, which surprised me as a first time buyer. The instructions were a bit vague on the fixing bit so I had to look up a video, but the box had everything in it. Ordering was easy enough, I just had to make an account first which was a bit of a pain. Would order again for the cat stuff.

We needed a big bag of cat food for the rescue cats and wanted the best price per kilo. The bulk packs were good value and cheaper than the supermarket once delivery was added on. The only thing was the delivery took a day longer than the site said, but the food was fine and the box was in good condition.

The worming tablets I wanted were out of stock everywhere else, so I was pleased to find them here. The detail that stood out most was how clearly the dosing guide was laid out on the page. Ordering took about five minutes and the tablets came in a few days. Very happy with it.

My old tabby has become quite nervous, so I needed a soft harness that wouldn't rub her. I was grateful to find one in a size that suited her, and the site gave helpful measurements to go by. The harness arrived promptly and was well made, which I did not expect at the price. Staff replied to my question about returns within a day, and I was reassured by that. I'd be happy to order from here again.

Honestly this is a good place to buy cat toys and it's where I'll go again. I looked at three other sites before picking this one and it was a little dearer than the cheapest. The toys were exactly as pictured and the ordering was easy. Delivery was quick, so I can't really complain.

I bought the large litter tray with a pack of liners because my old one had cracked. It was good value compared with buying from the vet and the liners fitted well. The box came a little bit squashed on one corner but nothing inside was damaged. For the money it's a sensible choice.

Compared to the pet shop on the high street, the site was a lot quicker and the litter arrived in good time. I've been buying cat food and litter online for years so I know what to look for. The prices were fair and the tracking was accurate, which is more than I can say for some of the others I've tried before.

Compared with the other pet site I usually use, this one felt a bit clunky to order from and the search didn't find what I wanted first time. The cat bed arrived a few days later than I expected and the returns form was fiddly to fill in. It did the job in the end, but I'd probably go elsewhere next time.
