Cartridge People

What I like most is the email they send when it's probably time to reorder, which saved me running out during a busy week of letters. I've been a customer for years and the cartridges have never let me down. Delivery has always been prompt and the box arrives neatly wrapped. The prices are fair for what you get, and I've never had a problem getting through to someone when I've needed help with an order.

I've bought from them a few times now, usually for the small printer in the spare room. Always the same cartridges I need, and they turn up within a few days. The one time I had a question about a part number the reply came back the next morning. Price is a little higher than the cheapest option but the quality has been steady, so I stick with them.

This was my first time ordering from them so I wasn't sure what to expect. The prices are good and the site was easy enough to use. The order itself took longer than I expected to arrive and I had to chase the tracking a couple of times. When it did come it was the right cartridges, so that's something. Might order again but I'll allow more time next time.

Cheapest price I could find for the ink I needed, and the delivery was next day. Ordered in the morning on my phone and it was in by the afternoon.

Compared a few sites before picking this one and their prices for the toner were noticeably lower than the rest. The toner works well and the print quality is what I expected from the original brand. Packaging was tidy and the order came with everything I'd asked for. I'd happily buy from them again for the office printer.

Needed ink for the family printer as the kids go through it like water. Found these a fair bit cheaper than the usual supermarket prices. Delivery was on time and the cartridges fitted without any trouble, though the magenta one was a bit fiddly to get seated. Print results are fine for everyday documents and school stuff. Saves a good amount over a year.

I bought a multipack of the colour ink for my little printer in the spare room, which I've been using for years for the church newsletter. Delivery came in the usual two days and the box was tucked inside a padded envelope so nothing had leaked. The site remembers my details, so reordering takes about a minute. The only small thing is that the cartridges sometimes come a bit lighter than the picture suggested.

Great value compared with buying from the printer manufacturer, and the ink works fine in my printer. Ordering was easy and the checkout didn't ask for anything strange. The only thing is that the delivery took a few days longer than the site suggested, but it did arrive.

Checked three other sites before ordering and this one was clearly the cheapest for the cartridges I needed, by a fair margin once postage was added. Ordered on a Monday evening and they arrived Wednesday morning, which was fine by me. The cartridges fitted my printer and printed properly first time, no faff with the software. I'll be buying from them again when I run out next.
