I needed something to replace a broken unit in the spare room and wanted to get it right first time. Compared three or four options over a fortnight before settling on this one. The specs matched what I needed and the size guide was accurate, which helped a lot. Delivery came in good time and everything was intact. Very happy with the choice and the process from start to finish.

If you already know exactly what you want this is the place to get it. Good range, sensible filters on the site, and the descriptions are accurate. Checkout took a couple of minutes and the confirmation came through immediately. Nothing unusual to report, just a reliable place to shop.

I needed a replacement for my old set after the previous one wore through at the hinges, and I wanted something I could rely on for years. The ordering process was straightforward and the instructions were laid out sensibly, which I appreciated. Everything arrived well packed and in good order. I'm very pleased with it and have recommended it to my sister.

Ordered the oak wardrobe after looking at a few places first, and the price on the site was lower than the other two I checked. The order page was clear about delivery dates and the wardrobe turned up on the day they said. Built it in an afternoon with the instructions they include, which were pretty easy to follow. Would happily order from them again.

Bought a rear bike light set off them, the one with the usb charging. Mounting bracket clicks on properly and the runtime is what they claim. Only thing is the packaging was a bit heavy, lots of plastic for a small thing.

Not the cheapest option for this, and the price is a bit above what I've seen elsewhere for the same spec. The product itself is well made and works as expected. Ordering was simple enough. Would still buy it if you care about quality over cost.

Picked up two bedside lamps and a spare bulb pack. Price was the main draw, cheaper than the usual places I look at for the same kind of thing. Packed well and arrived on the day they said it would.

I've been ordering from them for about six years now and this time I went with their gravy granules instead of the supermarket brand I'd been buying for ages. The flavour is a bit richer and it dissolves properly without lumps. The price is roughly the same as the supermarket. They sent a small note with the order asking how I was getting on, which was nice of them. I'll stick with them.

Biggest thing for me was the delivery slot, it was a four hour window and nobody rang ahead. Had to rearrange my shift to be in. Tried the chat and got an answer in about ten minutes though, so that was fine.

Compared it to the big chain's version of the same sort of thing and this one had a sturdier frame and better hinges for about the same money. The product page had proper detail on the timber and fittings which helped. Checkout was quick and the confirmation email came straight away. Solid choice if you know what to look for.
