Cadense

Ordered a replacement kettle lead on my phone during a lunch break and it was at my door the next morning. Checkout took about a minute, saved my card, no faff at all. Only thing I'd say is the tracking updates were a bit vague.

Bought the grey runners on the app and they were here in two days. Fit is true to size which is a relief. Only thing is the laces are a bit short but honestly who cares, they look sick and feel comfy already.

Honestly really happy with the jumper I got, the knit is nice and it fits well. The returns process was fiddly though, I had to print a label and find a drop off point and it took ages to get my refund back.

The first thing I noticed was the courier had left the parcel behind the bins, which annoyed me. Contents were fine though. Ordered a desk lamp and it works, just the arm is a bit wobbly when you tighten it. Support replied after three days when I asked about it.

My old one finally split down the side after a year of commuting on the Central line, so I needed something sturdy fast. Found this on the site and the bag looked properly tough in the photos and it is in real life too. Zip runs smooth and there are loads of pockets for the charger and my headphones. Delivered in a day and a half which was quick. Happy with it.

This was my first time ordering from them and I went for the cushion covers for the sofa. The colour matched the photo and the stitching looks neat. Took about four days to arrive which was fine for me. Would order again.

Had a gym bag fall apart mid session so needed a replacement quick. This one was a good price and the zip works. Not the most amazing bag but it does what I need for training.

I did wonder whether the hand towels would be as thick as the pictures suggested, and I'm pleased to say they are, though they were a little smaller than I'd anticipated. The order was simple to place on the website and the parcel reached me within the week. I'd have liked a clearer size chart before I committed, but I'm content with what arrived and I shall likely order again.

Checked a couple of rivals before buying and this was miles cheaper for the same phone case. Arrived quick and it fits my phone perfectly, no gaps round the buttons. Got two more for my mates after.

Compared it with the big high street chain first and Cadense was about a fair bit cheaper for the same kind of bedding set. Ordered on a Monday, it turned up Thursday, nicely packed and no complaints there. The fabric is a touch thinner than I expected for the money, so I'd say it's fine rather than brilliant, but for everyday use it does the job and I've not regretted it.
