The stock levels on the cable I wanted were actually accurate, which is rare. Ordered a USB-C to USB-C cable rated for 100W for my laptop dock and it arrived with the correct spec printed on the sleeve, same as the listing said. Checkout was quick and the confirmation email came straight away. Nothing more to add, just does the job.
Read moreI needed a replacement charger for a work laptop with a deadline on it, so speed mattered more than anything. The item was listed as compatible and it mostly was, but the connector was a fraction looser than I'd like. Delivery took three working days which was fine, though I'd hoped for next day. Customer chat replied within twenty minutes when I asked about it, which I appreciated. Got the job…
Read moreI was rather pleased that the delivery slot I chose was honoured to the hour, which I did not expect from an online order. My old kettle had given up on the Friday and I needed a replacement before my daughter came to stay for the weekend. The checkout was straightforward, though I did have to re-enter my postcode twice as the page refreshed. The kettle arrived well packed and boiled perfectly…
Read moreNeeded a spare cable quickly and this was the cheapest option I could find that actually worked. Ordered at lunch and it turned up the next afternoon. The cable is a bit stiffer than the one it replaced but it does the job. Value for money.
Bought a cordless drill set from them, having used the site for years for smaller bits. The set arrived in a sturdy case with all the bits I expected. It was a touch dearer than the same kit elsewhere but the delivery was quick.
I bought the same multipack of printer ink I've had for years and it came in the usual box. Pricing was a little above the big supermarket site but I get it for the delivery. Arrived on time.
Compared to going into a shop in town, ordering here saved a fair bit and I didn't have to queue. The item was a little different in colour to the photo, slightly darker than I expected, but it's still nice. Delivery was on the slow side at four days, though it did arrive in one piece. Would order again.
