Ordered a USB-C to USB-C cable for my monitor and the one that turned up was the wrong length, shorter than the listing said. I emailed on the Monday and it took until Thursday afternoon to get a reply, then they sent a replacement without asking me to send the first one back. The replacement was fine and the price was on the reasonable side for a decent cable.

I've been buying from them for about six years and this time compared them to my usual local shop for printer ink. They were a fair bit cheaper and the ink arrived quicker than the shop could get it in. The one thing is the returns form is fiddly to find on the site, took me a while.
