Buy Wise Appliances

Checked the price on a Dyson filter against Currys and this was a fair bit cheaper, so I went with it. Ordered at lunchtime and it came next day. Pretty happy with that, nothing much to moan about.

I would say this is a good place to buy appliance parts and the order was processed promptly, though I did find the delivery window a little wider than I would have liked. The fridge seal I ordered arrived well packed and fitted as described. I'd have given the delivery slightly more credit had it arrived on the day they gave.

The search box actually understood what I typed in, which is rare. Typed in the make and model of our fridge freezer door seal and the right one came up straight away with a diagram to check it against. Ordered on a Tuesday night and it turned up Thursday morning, packed properly in a box that wasn't falling apart. Really happy with it.

Bought a pack of washing machine filters as a first order here and the checkout was quick. The only bit that annoyed me was that delivery came a day later than the tracking said. Otherwise fine, the filters work.

Easy to order and the stock was showing as in, which saved me a wasted trip. Got the washing machine hose on Thursday and it was on my doorstep Friday morning. Would use again.

I needed a replacement grill pan for the oven and ordered one from this site years ago without any trouble. This time the pan came with a different handle to the one shown in the photos and the site took nearly a week to answer my email about it. Sent it back and the return form was fiddly to fill in, so I was not impressed.

Compared it to the price on Currys for the same heating element and this was about a tenner less, so I went with them. Ordering was simple enough, you just pick the part and check out. The part took four working days to reach me though, which is slower than I expected for something I needed in a hurry. Still worth it for the saving.

Our old kettle packed up on a Sunday so I needed a replacement before the week started. Found one here that was half the price of the shops near me and it arrived on the Tuesday. Good value and quick, so I have no complaints.

I have been ordering from this site since they first opened and I bought the same vacuum bags again last month. The reorder button saves me searching every time, and the bags have never changed size. Packaging is always neat and nothing has ever gone missing in the post.

Bought a replacement lower basket for our Bosch dishwasher and it fitted first time, which I was not expecting. The wheels are a bit stiffer than the originals and one of the tines feels thinner, so I will have to see how it holds up. Price was fair against the manufacturer parts, though the delivery took five working days when the site said three.
