The fence kit we ordered was just right for our garden, and the sizing advice on the website saved me a lot of guesswork. Everything arrived complete and the delivery driver was courteous about getting it to the side gate. I would happily recommend them to anyone else tackling a fencing project.
Read moreBeen buying fencing bits from them for about six years, and compared to the other places I've tried they're still the most reliable for stock. The last order was a bit disappointing though. Getting a return sorted meant filling in a form, waiting for a reply, and then posting the item back at my own cost. The original order was fine.

Ordered a roll of garden fence wire on my phone at lunchtime and it was on my doorstep two days later. Didn't have to chase anyone, just what I wanted, nothing else to say really.
Our dog kept nosing under the garden fence and we needed something to block the gap fast. Bought a roll of mesh and the site sorted it out. It came in a few days and it's alright, the mesh is a bit thinner than I hoped but it's doing the job for now.
Compared with the big chain down the road, I found this site far easier to work through when choosing a replacement gate latch for the back door. The product page told me exactly what fitted our old post, and the order was quick to put through. I'd be happy to use them again for the next job.
Looked at three other places before picking these for a bag of fence post concrete. The price was a bit higher than one of the others but the ordering was simple. Delivery took longer than the site suggested, though.
Honestly really happy with this one, the fence panels turned up on time and the whole thing was easy to order from the app. Checkout took two minutes and I got a tracking text which was handy. Nothing to moan about at all, got the garden done before the weekend.
Ordered post caps on my phone while waiting for a bus. Went through quickly enough. Delivery was a day later than the date they gave, but the caps are a good fit and the colour matches the panels. Would have liked a heads up about the delay.

I needed a replacement panel after a storm damaged our side fence, and the staff were very helpful when I phoned. The panel was delivered within the week and it matches the rest of the fence well. I found the whole process straightforward and would be happy to order from them again.
