Needed some new trainers for a last minute trip so ordered on the Monday. Came Wednesday, which was spot on. Sizing was fine and they look just like the pictures. Easy to send back if needed.

Bought a set of garden lights for the patio and the price was the main reason I went with them, a fair bit under what the big DIY places were asking. The checkout kept asking me to re-enter my postcode which was annoying but I got through it in the end. Arrived in about four working days which was fine for the money.

Compared to the big chains I usually go to, this was a lot cheaper for the same sort of thing. First time ordering so I was a bit nervous, but the site was easy to use. The delivery took a couple of days longer than the tracking said, which was a small irritation. Otherwise happy enough with it.

The first thing I noticed was how carefully everything was wrapped, with the tissue paper and a little card inside. It was my first time ordering from them and the whole thing was quick and easy to do on my phone. Really happy with it, I'll be ordering my mum's present from here too.

We needed a proper gift box for my dad's birthday and he's into his garden so it had to be right. Looked at a few other places before this, and the range here had what we were after without loads of scrolling. Ordered on a Thursday and it was on the doorstep the next afternoon, and the box was properly wrapped. He was made up with it and keeps going on about it. Would happily order again.

I'm afraid this was a disappointment. The bulbs I ordered arrived with several looking soft and past their best, and the photos on the site did suggest something much fuller. I did get a reply to my email but it took three days, and the refund process was slower than I would have liked. I shan't be ordering again.

Compared with the garden centre in town, the prices here were rather more sensible, which I did not expect. I placed my order and the confirmation came through promptly, though the delivery was a little slower than I'd hoped. Everything arrived in good order and the items were as described. Would I shop with them again? I think I might, yes.

Bought the 20 litre drum of raw linseed oil for re-oiling a workbench and it's exactly what I wanted. Good spec on the site, the viscosity and drying notes were accurate. Arrived in a sturdy drum with the seal intact. Price was competitive for the size, works out cheaper per litre than the timber merchant. Would buy this again without a second thought.

I know my way around the fishing side so I went in with specific expectations. The reel came through fine and the line was the right weight. Sadly one of the bags had split on the way and a couple of the hooks had come loose inside. Customer contact was fine once I got through to them and they sorted a replacement, but it added a week. Probably would order again, just check the packaging when it arrives.

Got the pine rope fly kit for my decking and it turned out better than I expected. I'd compared it with three other suppliers before settling here, mostly on price per metre and the spec sheets, and this one came out ahead. The rope was dense and tightly woven, no loose fibres. It arrived in good time and was packed with care. Would order again, would happily point mates in its direction.
