Ordered the linen throw for the spare room and it arrived in a box that had clearly been looked after. It's a good weight and the colour is close to the picture, which I was pleased about. The returns process was a bit fiddly when I first tried to send back a second item, as the label took a while to generate. Once that was sorted it was fine. Would order again for the house.
