I needed a spare phone for my mum who keeps losing her main one, and wanted something she could use without fuss. Found a refurbished handset here that was a fraction of the price of new. It came with a charger and a case, and it's been reliable for her for a few months now. Simple to order and the checkout was quick.
Read moreI bought a refurbished printer after comparing a few options, and it's the one that got the best reviews. Sadly the ink cartridges it came with were nearly empty and the printer keeps saying it needs a new one. Delivery was fine but I'm not happy with the condition, it looked more worn than the photos suggested.
Read moreBeen buying from them for about six years now, mostly small bits for the kitchen and the odd gadget for the grandkids. What keeps me coming back is the ordering, you pick what you want, check the grade and it's done in a few minutes. The site is easy to navigate and the grading notes are clear, so I've never felt I was guessing. Parcels have always turned up when they said they would.
Read moreCompared with the high street shops I'd looked at, the refurbished headphones here were about a third cheaper and came with a proper warranty. Ordering was simple and the tracking worked. The only small thing was the delivery took four days when the site said two, but it arrived in one piece.
I required a replacement laptop charger after my old one gave up, and I was pleased to find a compatible one here at a reasonable figure. It arrived in good order and works perfectly. The delivery did take longer than I would have liked, but the item itself is sound and I have no complaints about the quality.
