I needed a spare phone for my mum who keeps losing her main one, and wanted something she could use without fuss. Found a refurbished handset here that was a fraction of the price of new. It came with a charger and a case, and it's been reliable for her for a few months now. Simple to order and the checkout was quick.

Sadly the ink cartridges it came with were nearly empty and the printer keeps saying it needs a new one. What keeps me coming back is the ordering, you pick what you want, check the grade and it's done in a few minutes. The site is easy to navigate and the grading notes are clear, so I've never felt I was guessing. Parcels have always turned up when they said they would.
