Brook + Wilde Sleep

I compared a couple of toppers from other retailers before going with this one, and it was about the same price as the cheaper options. The topper itself is soft and does the job, though it's thinner than the photos suggested. Ordering was straightforward and it arrived on time. When I tried to return the first one because it was too firm, the process was a bit fiddly and took several emails before they sorted the collection.

My old pillow had gone completely flat after about six years, so I needed a replacement before the back started complaining. I've been buying from them since the first duvet and the quality has stayed consistent. Delivery was a day later than the estimate, and I had to chase once, but the replacement pillow itself is firm and holds up well.

I'd been looking at a couple of high street shops first and this was a bit more expensive, but the mattress topper felt much thicker in the photos than I expected. Checkout was fine, though I got a bit lost finding the returns page.

Ordered the 7kg weighted blanket after reading loads of reviews and it arrived in four days. The cover is soft and it's easy to wash on a cool cycle. I was nervous about the weight but it's cosy rather than suffocating, and I sleep better than I did before.

Compared to the pillow I got from a big chain store, this one is noticeably firmer and holds its shape better after a week. The only thing I'd flag is that the delivery slot was a bit vague, but it turned up the next day.

Honestly the best value mattress I've bought in years. We got a medium firm one delivered in a box that took two of us to lift, and it's been on the bed for four months now with no sagging. The price was lower than the big high street names for what feels like the same build quality, and the trial period meant we could sleep on it properly before deciding. Would buy again without thinking twice.

I needed a replacement mattress protector after the last one stopped being waterproof, which happened after a few years of regular washing. I've bought from them a few times now and the protectors have always been reliable. This time the order took longer to dispatch than I'd hoped, about a week, and I did have to email customer services to find out where it was. The protector itself is quiet and comfortable, though, and I'm glad I stuck with them.

Looked at four or five other sites before picking these, and the thing that got me was the sheet set price with free returns written right on the product page. The order came in a day earlier than the estimate. Sheets are soft and didn't pill after the first wash. Happy with it.
