I had a look at a couple of high street shops and a few other online places before picking these up. The ceramic planters here were a similar size for less money and the glaze looks even. Ordering was simple and the box arrived without a mark on it.

Our old kettle packed in so I needed a replacement quickly and I looked at a few options first. The one I went for was a bit dearer than the supermarket version but has a proper wide spout and a better base. The box was a bit crushed when it arrived but the kettle itself was fine.

Got a little set of stacking mugs for my flatmate's birthday and they were so cute. Came wrapped in tissue, no chips, and it turned up quicker than I thought. Would definitely order again, the colours are even nicer in person.

I've been buying linen throughout the house for a long time, so I know what good weave looks like. The tablecloths they sent are a proper medium weight, the hem is neat and the colour is true to the photos. I'd have liked a slightly quicker reply when I asked about the washing instructions, but the product itself is lovely.

I compared a good few sites before buying a set of bamboo chopping boards and this was the best value. The detail that stood out was the small juice groove on the edge, which other sets didn't have at this price. The boards arrived flat and unmarked and the packaging was tidy.

They're the place I go back to for bedding and I've been ordering from them since about 2014. The sheets wash well and the cotton has held up better than other brands I've tried. Returns have always been painless when a size was off, and I've never had a parcel go astray in all that time.

I was hoping these would match the wool throws I've bought from catalogues in the past, and sadly they don't quite. The weave feels thinner and the fringe came loose after the first wash. The return process was longer than I'd have liked, and the postage cost more than the throw did, which is disappointing.

I ordered a cotton duvet cover set from them in the spring and it arrived well packed within a week. The fabric is soft and the stitching is neat, and I'd be glad to order from them again.

We had guests coming and the spare room bed was bare, so I needed a bedding set quickly and cheaply. The set was fine for the money, though the pillowcases are thinner than I'd like and the zip on the duvet cover is a bit stiff. Delivery took four days which was perfectly fine.
