We needed a birthday present for our grandson who is mad about building things and a friend said to try these. I'd never ordered from them before so I was a bit nervous about it. The checkout was simple and the customer service lady on the phone was patient with me when I got muddled. The set came well packed and my grandson was thrilled, so I'd say it was a good first experience.

Delivery was slow, about a week longer than they said, and the reply to my question about it took three days. Set itself is good.

The site was easy to search on my phone while I was on the bus, I found the set I wanted in about two minutes and checked out without any faff. Delivery was next day and the box was in one piece. Price was fair for what you get, and the order confirmation came through right away.

Compared to the big high street chain I usually go to, this was way easier to find what I wanted and the prices on some sets were a fair bit lower. Ordered a town sets bundle and the checkout was quicker than theirs. Delivery was on time and nothing was missing.

The tiny pieces in the bag were a surprise, there were loads of them and they were all sorted into little numbered bags which saved me ages on my son's set. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it was done in a couple of minutes. Checkout was quick and I got a confirmation straight away. Would order again.
