We needed a birthday present for our grandson who is mad about building things and a friend said to try these. I'd never ordered from them before so I was a bit nervous about it. The checkout was simple and the customer service lady on the phone was patient with me when I got muddled. The set came well packed and my grandson was thrilled, so I'd say it was a good first experience.
Read moreCompared a few sites before buying and this was dearer than the others for the same set. I went with them anyway because I wanted it sent in the same box as a second set. Delivery was slow, about a week longer than they said, and the reply to my question about it took three days. Set itself is good.
Read moreEasily the best place I've found for this kind of thing. The site was easy to search on my phone while I was on the bus, I found the set I wanted in about two minutes and checked out without any faff. Delivery was next day and the box was in one piece. Price was fair for what you get, and the order confirmation came through right away.
Read moreOrdered a set on Thursday and it came Monday, which is fine. Needed something for my little cousin's birthday. Checkout was dead easy and no issues with the site. Had to message them once about a missing piece but they replied the next morning.
Bought the sorting trays and small storage boxes for my desk. They arrived in good shape and fit the pieces well. Only niggle is the boxes are a bit flimsy at the lid, but otherwise fine and the order was easy.
Got my first order from them last month for my boyfriend's birthday and it went really well. The site was easy to use and the set arrived in good time. Only thing was the price looked a bit higher than on some other sites, but the set was complete and the instructions were clear, so I'm happy with it.
