I looked at a couple of other sites before choosing this one for a new rug, and the sizes they offered were far more useful than the rest. The rug arrived quickly and the colour is exactly as shown, which isn't always the case. I'd happily order from them again for the bedroom.

Compared with the big furniture chain down the road, this was much quicker to order from and the price on the same kind of desk was a bit lower. The only thing is the delivery window was a whole day wide and I had to take time off to wait in. Otherwise it's a solid desk and it went together fine.

I wanted a heavy cast iron pan with a proper flat base rather than the ridged type, as my induction hob doesn't like the ridges. The listing gave the weight and the depth clearly, which is what sold me. It came seasoned already and the finish is smooth, so I've been using it most days since it arrived. The handle stays cool enough on the hob, which is more than I can say for my last one.

We needed a new sofa in time for my sister coming to stay over the summer, as our old one had finally given up on us. The order process was clear and the delivery date they gave was kept, though the driver did ring ahead which I appreciated. The fabric is a little lighter than I expected from the photos, but it suits the room well enough.

I bought a brass bedside lamp for the spare room. It arrived well packed and the wiring was already fitted, which saved me the bother of getting an electrician in. It works perfectly and gives a nice warm light.

Took about two minutes to sort, they sent a label straight away and the replacement turned up in four days. Colour looks just like the photos too, which is a relief when you're buying blind online.
