Boxah

Bought the canvas tote bag because the photos looked like a decent weight. When it turned up the fabric was much thinner than it looked on screen, and the handles are shorter than I'd expected. It does the job for shopping but I wouldn't rely on it for heavy loads.

Really quick and easy, booked a same day slot on my phone while waiting for the bus and it confirmed straight away. Driver turned up in the window and the whole thing was done in minutes. Would use again.

Been ordering the monthly storage box refill from them for about four years now and it has never once gone wrong. Packing is always tidy, the delivery slot they give you is usually spot on, and when I needed to change the date last spring they sorted it in one message. Just the sort of company that quietly does its job well.

I wanted something that would stretch across a family of five without costing a fortune, and the bulk packs here work out cheaper per unit than anywhere else I checked. Delivery was on time and the box was full. Nothing flash, just good value.

Honestly the best of the three I looked at for the price. I compared them with two other places before I went with Boxah and the difference in cost was enough to make it an easy choice. Delivery took a day longer than they said but the box arrived in one piece and everything I asked for was in it.

Compared it to the other app I use and this is way easier to navigate, the basket doesn't keep resetting which is a nice change. Got my order in a couple of days, not the fastest but fine. Only thing is the checkout asks you to make an account before you can see the delivery charge, which is annoying. Otherwise sound and I'd use it again for the next shop.

Our old one packed in and I needed a replacement fast so I looked at a few places first. Boxah had what I needed but it was a fair bit more than the others, and the delivery window was a whole day wider than I'd hoped. It arrived fine in the end, just not as quick as I wanted.

Compared to the big supermarket delivery services this is a clear step up. I've been using a few different ones for years and their substitutions are sensible, they ring if something's out of stock, and the chilled stuff actually stays cold. The ordering page is simple to get round too.

We needed a replacement filter for the water jug and the local shops had sold out. Had a look at a few online options and Boxah had it in stock with a decent delivery window. Ordered on a Tuesday night and it was on the doorstep Thursday morning, which is all I wanted.
