Born Nouli

Sent a question about the stock on a set I wanted and it took about three days to get a reply, which was a bit slow. The set itself was as pictured and the checkout was quick enough. Just wish they'd answered sooner before I'd decided.

Compared a few places for the same bag and this one was actually more expensive than the other two once postage was added. The bag itself is fine but I expected it to be cheaper. The site was clear to use though.

Got the grey hoodie in my usual size and it fits exactly how I wanted. Sleeves are the right length and the material feels decent for the price. Arrived in two days and the app let me track it.

Honestly one of the easiest online orders I've made this year. First time using the site and the checkout took about two minutes, no account faff needed. Everything arrived on the day they said and the whole thing just worked, which is exactly what I wanted from it.

Got the white trainers and they arrived in a box that was a bit squashed on one corner but the shoes were fine. Sizing was true to size so no faff. Good price for the brand.

ok so the discount code actually worked first time which never happens lol. Ordered on Sunday, came Tuesday, all good. Easy site to use on my phone too, I got a bit lost in the sizes but sorted it. Will be back for sure.

I needed to make a claim after a delivery went missing and it was not a smooth process. Compared to other sites I've used this was much slower to get anywhere, and I had to chase it twice. In the end I got a refund, but it took far longer than it should have and I was left unsure what was happening.

Ordered from three different places before settling on this one and it beat the other two on price and speed. The product was as described and nothing got damaged on the way. I'd happily go back, it's the one I'll reach for first from now on.

Our old one packed in and we needed a replacement quickly. Found the right one on the site and it came the next morning. Good price for what it is.

The price per unit on the big packs is properly good, that's what sold me. Only niggle is the search is a bit fiddly on my phone so I had to scroll a lot. Still, saves a bit each month.

Had been using a different site for ages, so I checked this one out of curiosity. It was about the same product but cheaper, and the postage was lower too. Ordering was straightforward and it came well wrapped. Switched over and no regrets so far.

Ordered through the app and the checkout part was fine, but it keeps logging me out every time I go back to the basket so I had to start again twice. Annoying but I got there in the end. The jumper I got is nice and the delivery was quick, came the next day. Price was decent, cheaper than the other app I was using. Would use again, just hoping they fix the logging in thing.

Compared it with the supermarket website first and this came out a few quid cheaper on the same basket, which is why I went for it. Delivery was a day later than they said but the box was fine and everything was there. Wouldn't say it's a huge saving every time but for the price it's a good shout for everyday stuff.

Needed to get something booked for mum's birthday and this was the first time I'd used the site. Took about five minutes to sign up and pay. Everything went through and the confirmation came straight away.

I've been buying this kind of kit for years and this is the one I'd pick every time. The spec is what I wanted and the price is competitive with the specialist shops. Delivery was next day and well packed. No complaints.

Usually buy from a specialist shop, but this one has a wider range and the prices are lower. The product matches what I'd expect from that category. Ordering is quick and the tracking updates are useful.

Yeah this is the one, quick order, got it sorted in like five mins on the train. Price was fine and it turned up when it said. Nothing to moan about.

I went with the bundle that includes the charger, mostly because the other listing didn't. The charger is a decent length and works fine with my laptop. Delivery was fast but the cable was slightly shorter than I'd pictured from the photos. Still, it does the job and was better value than buying separately.

I got the big refill pack for the kitchen cupboard and it's lasted way longer than the smaller bottles I was buying elsewhere. The price per use works out much better, and I'm not paying for fancy packaging I'll just throw away. Solid value for something I use every day.

My sister's birthday was on Friday and I'd forgotten all about it, so I needed something that would arrive in time. Ordered Wednesday night on my phone and it was there Thursday. Easy to find what I wanted and the app remembered my details. Saved me from a panic.
