BookKind

I needed something light to read on holiday and a bit of research on the site helped me choose. Ordered a couple of novels and they came in plenty of time before we flew out. The reviews on the product pages were useful and the order itself was simple. Glad I went with them for the trip.

Compared with the big chain this was a bit cheaper for the same title, which is why I went for it. The site works fine on my phone. Delivery took a bit longer than I'd like, about four days, but the book was fine when it arrived. Would order again if the price is right.

I needed a specific textbook for a course I'd just started and the library copies were all out. I looked at a few sellers and this one had the edition I needed in stock, which the others didn't. Compared the prices and it wasn't the cheapest but the difference was small. It arrived quickly and the book was in the condition described.

I found this a good deal more pleasant than the high street shop I usually visit. The book I wanted was in stock and it came quickly, so I was very content with it.

Honestly it was all sorted, the book came in two days and cost less than the shop. The pages were clean and it wasn't damaged at all. Would use them again for sure.

The hardback I ordered had a really nice cover, the colours are better than the photo. Delivery took a bit longer than the site said, about four days when it promised two, but no damage and the price was decent. I got a message to say it had been dispatched which helped.

Got a hardback for about half what the high street shop was asking. Postage was included and it turned up in good time. The book was in better nick than I expected for a secondhand copy. Happy with the price.

Got the graphic novel bundle for my little brother's birthday and it arrived wrapped nicely in a box. Pages all crisp and no creases. Tracking was useful too, I could see when it'd land.

Bought a signed hardback of a novel I'd been wanting for ages and it turned up in two days. The book was in good nick with a clean dust jacket and the signature was exactly as listed. Checkout was dead easy and I didn't have to make an account first, which I liked. Will be back for the sequel when it comes out in the spring, probably.

The first thing I noticed was that the returns form is tucked away under the account page, which took me a while to find. The book I ordered was exactly as described and arrived in good order. The refund for the book I sent back took about ten days to show on my card, which was a little slower than I expected, but it did come through in the end.

Compared to the other site I usually use this was quicker to get my order through. Clicked buy on a Friday and it was here Monday. Nice and simple to use on my phone too.

We needed a stack of reading books for the kids without paying full price. Found this lot cheaper than the supermarket and the bundle deal knocked a bit more off. Arrived in three days and everything was as listed. Good value for what we paid.

The condition grading on the used copy was spot on, it looked brand new inside. I'd checked two other sites first and this was the cheapest by a fair bit for the same edition. Delivery was a day later than the estimate but nothing to moan about.

I would happily order from them again, and I say that as someone who doesn't usually bother writing reviews. I ordered three books for my sister's birthday in early March and they arrived within the week, well packed and exactly as listed. The website was easy enough to navigate, and I did appreciate being able to see the stock levels before I committed. Thoroughly sensible service, I think.

Compared to ordering from the big chains this was a bit slower to come through. Ordered a paperback on a Tuesday and it turned up the following Monday, which is fine but not quick. The book itself was in decent nick though and the price was about the same. Would probably try them again for something I'm not in a rush for.

Ordered a paperback last week and it came with the pages intact and no bent corners. The order confirmation came straight away and the tracking worked. Took a couple of days to arrive. Nothing to complain about.
