Buying the jeans was straightforward enough, but I was let down by the wash. The colour came out patchy and looked nothing like the pictures on the site. Fit is decent otherwise. Trying to sort a return has been slow and I'm still waiting to hear back.

I would say the shirt is good value and the collar sits well. The item was slightly shorter in the body than the size chart suggested, which was a small disappointment. I did manage to return it without any trouble. Would give them another try.

What struck me most was the stitching on the knitted cardigan, which has held up well after many washes. I have been ordering from the site for years and the sizing has been consistent. Returns are straightforward. I've bought several cardigans over the years and this one is still in regular use.

I'd say these are good value for what you get, and the shirt is well made. My only grumble is the delivery took a little longer than the date given, around two extra days. Customer service did reply to my email promptly though. Would consider ordering again.
