Needed a cheap starter tree

I needed something for the windowsill that wouldn't cost a fortune while I found out if I'd actually keep it alive. Prices are fair for what you get, and the care guide that came with it was useful. Delivery was a bit slow though, it took nearly two weeks to show up and I'd been told five working days.

Been buying from them for years

I wanted a replacement for an old juniper that had died off over the winter, so I went back to the same supplier I've used for years. Everything has stayed the same, the ordering is quick and the trees come well looked after. The last two deliveries have been a little slower than they used to be but the quality is still very good.

Bought a starter tree for the kitchen

Picked up a small juniper for the kitchen windowsill, mostly to see if I could keep one alive. Checkout was quick and the price was fair for what you get. Nothing wrong with it, just wish the care card had more detail on watering.

Good value but delivery took a while

Good value for a starter bonsai and the tree itself is healthy. The order took longer than I thought to arrive, about a week, so I'd have liked a bit more notice on the dispatch date.

way cheaper than the garden centre

Compared to the garden centre down the road, the price here was a fair bit lower for a similar sized tree. Ordering was simple and it turned up in good shape.

Better than the supermarket option

Compared with the bonsai I'd seen in the supermarket, this one was a far better specimen with a sturdier trunk. It costs more than the supermarket but the difference shows. Delivery was reasonable and the tree arrived without any damage.

Ordered a juniper for my husband

I ordered a juniper for my husband's birthday, which was a lovely idea I thought. The tree itself is nice enough but it was a little smaller than I had expected from the pictures on the site. I did ring to ask and the lady who answered was very helpful about it, though it did take a couple of days to hear back. I'd not say no to ordering again.

Pot was smaller than the photo

The first thing I noticed was the pot was smaller than it looked in the photos on the site. The tree itself is fine and the price was reasonable, but I wasn't expecting the difference and it's a bit disappointing to see it in person.

The wire and the soil mix

The soil mix they use is the proper akadama blend with the fine grit, not the bagged compost rubbish, and the wire came in the right gauges for a juniper. Knows what they're doing.

Quick and easy first order

Really happy with my first order from them, the whole thing took about five minutes from basket to checkout and the bonsai arrived in perfect condition. The site was easy to use on my phone and the confirmation email came straight away. Would order again.
