I would say it is a fair enough place to shop, though the delivery took considerably longer than the estimate given. The item was as described and the price was reasonable. I did find the returns form rather awkward to complete, and I waited some days for a reply to my query. I dare say it will be better next time.

I needed a birthday present for my sister and had about four days left, so I was a bit panicked. Found it here, ordered Friday night and it arrived Monday, which was spot on. Gift wrap was an option at checkout which saved me a job. Really pleased, she loved it and I'll definitely go back.

Bought a cheap LED torch from here and it's fine for the price. Arrived a day later than they said which annoyed me a bit. The box was a bit squashed on one corner but the torch is fine. Pricier than some other places for the same one though so I'd check first.

Never bought from here before, but I needed a new hair straightener fast. The site was easy to find my way round and the checkout took two minutes. It arrived the next day and works brilliantly.

Compared to the big high street chain I used to use, this was a lot cheaper for the same parts and the spec sheet was actually accurate, which isn't always the case. Ordered on a Tuesday, it turned up Thursday morning, well packed with the right bits in. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to create an account. Would use again for sure, it's my first stop now for anything I need for the workshop.

Been using this site for well over a decade and it has only got better, the account page is much clearer now and reorders take seconds. I've never had a problem with a delivery going missing. Good prices on the usual things I buy, and when I rang customer services a few years back they sorted a refund the same afternoon. Happy to keep coming back.

Compared to the shop on the high street this was a fair bit cheaper for the same brand of trainers, which is why I ordered. Took a bit longer to arrive than I hoped, about five working days, and the tracking page didn't update for a while. Sizing was true to size so no problem there. Wouldn't say it was the fastest but the price made up for it.

Ordered a pair of running trainers through the app while waiting for the bus, which was dead easy. Got the confirmation email straight away. They turned up two days later, which was great. Only thing is the returns label took a while to print out because the app kept timing out, so I had to switch to the browser. Would buy from them again though.
