Needed a tape measure for a job on site and my old one had snapped the hook off. Ordered it at lunch and it didn't turn up until the following Wednesday, which was annoying when I needed it the next day. The tape itself is fine and well made. Just be aware the delivery times are longer than the site makes out.

Ordered the bench vice on my phone during my break and it was through the door two days later. Jaws line up nicely and it feels solid when clamped down. Only thing is the mounting bolts were a few mm shorter than my bench needed so I had to find some longer ones. Still happy with it.

Looked at a few different laser levels and this was cheaper than the one I'd had on my list. Works well on the wall and the beam is easy to see in daylight. Got it in a few days. Happy with the purchase.

Got the cordless screwdriver for putting my flatmate's wardrobe together. Battery lasted the whole job and it was really easy to swap the bits in and out. Ordered it on a Friday and it came Monday which is fine. Honestly it's better than the cheap one I had before and didn't cost loads. Would get it again.

Honestly the best router bits I've bought online and I've been doing joinery for years. The set came sharp, properly packed in a hard case, and the shanks were a clean fit in my router with no wobble. Went in on a kitchen worktop job and the edges came out crisp straight off the bit with barely any tearout. Would buy from them again without thinking twice.

First time buying from them so I wanted a set of chisels. Checkout was simple enough but the confirmation email took a while to arrive. The chisels are sharp and nice to hold, although the handles look a bit different from the photos. Shipping was ok, came in about a week. Might try again but not sure yet.

I looked at a couple of other sites and a big DIY chain before buying a spirit level here. Their price was a bit lower than the chain, though the chain has a shop round the corner. The level is accurate and the vial is clear. The box it came in was a bit battered, so the packing could be better.

Compared a few sets of socket spanners before going with these, and the price here was the most reasonable for what you get. The ratchet action is smooth and the sockets fit snug. My only gripe is the return form was fiddly to find on the site and took a bit of hunting. Otherwise it arrived in good nick.

Ordered a set of drill bits on Tuesday night and they were on the doorstep Thursday morning, which I did not think was possible. Packed well, nothing rattled about, and the bits are sharp straight out of the box. Quick checkout too, didn't have to make an account. Brilliant, will be back for the sander when I need it.
