Our old one packed up on a Friday and I needed a replacement for the boiler before the weekend. I checked a few suppliers and they had the right part listed with the model number matching my manual. It arrived Saturday morning, which was faster than I'd hoped, and the box was undamaged.

I bought a set of stainless pans after comparing a couple of big high street shops and this came out cheaper with free delivery over a set amount. The pans themselves are heavier than I expected and the handles stay cool on the hob, which is what I wanted. Everything arrived wrapped separately in card so nothing was dented. The site made it easy to filter by induction compatible, which saved me a lot of reading.

The sizing chart on the page is the first thing I looked at and it's clearly laid out with measurements in both cm and inches. The stock I ordered was a touch smaller than the chart suggested, so I ended up sending the item back. The return label was printed fine but the drop off point was a fair drive away.

I have been ordering the same cotton duvet from them for about eight years now, and the tog rating and fill are exactly as they were the first time. The box always arrives with the tape neatly done and the item folded into a plastic bag. Customer service phoned me once to check the delivery address when the postcode was wrong, which was very helpful of them.

Would go back for the price, it was noticeably cheaper than the two other places I looked at for the same blinds. The checkout page was a bit slow to load on my phone though and I had to re-enter my postcode twice before it would accept the order. Once it was placed everything else was fine and the tracking emails were clear.

First time ordering from them and it was a fair bit cheaper than buying the same charger from the big electronics chain. The item arrived in about three days which was fine. Checkout was easy and I got a confirmation straight away.

I know my way around cycle parts, so I could tell straight away that the chain and cassette they sent were the same spec as the big brand ones I'd been buying. The price per item was clearly lower, which made it an easy decision. The tracking updates were accurate and it turned up a day early.

My old speaker broke in the middle of a party, so I needed something cheap and quick. I found this one a bit more expensive than another site, but it had it in stock. It came two days later, which was fine, though the cardboard was a bit battered.
