This was my first time ordering from them and the candle I picked looked quite different on the screen to what arrived. The colour is more of a muddy brown than the cream in the photo. Customer chat took two days to reply when I asked about it. Not what I wanted.

The rug is lovely and the price is right for the size. We put it in the living room and the colour has held up well after a few weeks with the dog. Checkout took two minutes and tracking was accurate. Everything about it was sensible and fair.

I needed a present for my sister's birthday and wanted something that wasn't just a candle, so I went on the site and had a scroll. Found a little ceramic vase in a nice glaze. It arrived in good time and was wrapped really carefully with tissue paper, no chips at all. She loved it and asked where I got it from. Would definitely buy from them again for gifts, the prices are reasonable and the selection is nice.

Compared with the big high street chain I usually use, these curtains came in at roughly two thirds of the price for the same drop and width. The lining is thinner but it still blocks most of the light. Ordering was quick and everything arrived in one parcel. For a spare room they're more than good enough.

I have found them very satisfactory and would happily order from them again. I placed my order for a set of throw cushions for the front room, and the checkout was straightforward enough, which I appreciated. The cushions arrived well wrapped and exactly as shown on the site. Compared with the other place I usually buy plants from, these came in a bit cheaper and the pot was already filled with compost, which saved me a job. The fern arrived looking a touch droopy on one side so I gave it a good soak and it's perked up nicely since. Delivery took three days which was fine. Only niggle is the box was bigger than it needed to be.

Got the pink hoodie in medium and it fits really nicely, not too boxy. Material is soft and it hasn't gone bobbly after a couple of washes which is more than I can say for my last one. Ordered on a Friday and it turned up on the Monday. Would get another one for sure, cheers.

Bought the oak shelving unit for the hallway and it's solid once it's put together. The instructions were a bit vague on one of the back panels so took me longer than it should have. Box came in good condition and nothing was missing. Good value for something that looks this decent.

We needed a bedside lamp for the spare room after the old one stopped working, so I looked at a few places first. Bloom had a decent range and the prices were in line with the others, but the delivery estimate was vague and the lamp arrived a week after the date they gave. It works fine and the packaging was tidy, just wish they'd been clearer about timings up front.

The tote bag is much bigger than I expected from the photos, which was the first thing I noticed when it came out of the box. Fabric feels sturdy and the stitching on the handles looks like it will last. Delivery took about four days which was fine. It's a good price for what you get, so I'm not complaining.
