Compared with the other comparison sites I checked, the quote here was a fair bit lower once I'd added my details. The form was longer than the others, though, and it asked for my employer twice. Once I got through it, the policy confirmation came straight through.

Would not order from them again, sadly. My loan application took four days to get a reply from someone and I had to chase it twice through the chat box. Once approved the money was in my account the next morning which was fine, but the whole process felt slow and clunky on my phone, the app kept logging me out halfway through the form and I had to start again. Not a disaster but I expected a lot better.

Honestly the bit that surprised me most was how little I had to type in. Ordered a pair of trainers on my lunch break, one-handed on my phone, and the checkout remembered my card and address from last time which saved loads of faff. Arrived two days later in a proper box with a bit of tissue paper. Would order from them again.

The price is the only real thing I'd flag. I checked a couple of other places before booking and this came out a bit more expensive for the same thing, though the cancellation option was better. The booking itself was easy and the confirmation came through straight away. I'd still use them again if they were the closest option.
