Got the wool throw from them last month. Looks nice on the sofa and it's warm enough. Took about a week to arrive though, which was longer than the site said. Colour is a little darker than the photo.

Ordered from them on my phone during my lunch break and it was quicker than the other place I tried first. The checkout didn't make me create an account which was a relief. Delivery was next day and the tracking link worked. Whatever I needed was in good nick when it turned up, and I've already told my housemate about it.

Ordered the replacement basket for my air fryer. I'd looked at two other sellers first and this was the cheapest by a fair bit, and it fits perfectly. Arrived in two days. Happy with it.

I'm delighted to say the garden trellis arrived in excellent condition and the instructions were very clear. The whole process from ordering to delivery was straightforward, and I received a helpful email at each stage. I've recommended them to my neighbour, who is looking for a new planter.

This was my first time ordering from them and I'll definitely be going back. The site was easy to find my way around and checkout took about two minutes, which is quicker than I expected. Everything arrived in just over three days and the whole thing felt simple from start to finish. I'd happily order from them again next time I need something for the flat.

The first thing I noticed was how neatly the box was packed, which I did not expect from an online order. I ordered a set of tea towels and a small wooden board for my daughter's birthday. They arrived a day later than the site said, but the girl at customer services was very kind about it when I rang. Everything was as described and I'm pleased with it.

I've bought a lot of stuff online over the years and this was clearly better than the usual high street option for the same kind of item. The sizing guide was actually accurate, which is rarer than it should be. The quality felt solid when it arrived and the stitching was neat all round. Tracking updated properly at every step and the driver got it to me the same day it was due. Would order again.

My old rucksack finally split on the bus so I needed something quick. Found a canvas one on the site and ordered it the same night. It's fine, a bit smaller inside than I thought and the zip sticks a bit. Delivery was on time though and the returns page was easy to find if I needed to send it back. Not sure I'll go back for another one soon.

Needed a replacement bed for our old lab after the last one went to bits. I've been ordering from them for about six years now. Prices have crept up a little but the bed is solid and the cover comes off for washing. Only gripe is the returns form is clunky.
