Birdie Town

Ordered a jumper on my phone during my lunch break and it came through fine, but the size was way off, like a medium when I'd picked large. Tried the returns page and it wanted a printed label and a drop off point, which took me ages to sort out. Still waiting on the refund to show up in my account. Not impressed at all.
