My main phone died a week before a work trip to Edinburgh and I needed something I could set up quickly with my own sim. Ordered a basic handset and it arrived the next working day, which saved me. The setup guide in the box was a bit thin so I had to look a few things up online. Apart from that it did the job and I have used it every day since.

Would happily buy from here again, the phone arrived sealed and charged and the site made it easy to pick my network. First time I've bought a phone online so I was nervous.

Bought a refurbished unit with the battery health guaranteed above 85 per cent and it came in at 88. Packaging was plain but protective and the sim tray was already sorted. Good value for what it is.

Compared to ordering off the big marketplace, this was way less faff, the listing matched what I got and there were no dodgy third party sellers. Took a few days to arrive but that's about what I expected. Would order again.

The stand out thing for me was the twelve month warranty included at no extra cost, which I checked against three other sellers. The handset price was a little higher than the cheapest option I found, about the same as the main chains. Delivery was next day and the box had everything in it including the charger. I'll be keeping the receipt and the warranty card somewhere safe in case it goes wrong.

Ordered a phone on a Monday and the tracking said Thursday but it didn't turn up till Saturday morning, which was annoying as I'd planned to use it for a gig on Friday. Phone itself was fine, the listing said unlocked and it was. Customer chat was quick to reply though, they said it was a courier issue and sorted me a bit of credit, so not the end of the world.
