I bought the washing machine from them three years ago and it's still going strong. The delivery crew brought it in, took the old one away and even checked it was level before leaving. When a part went last spring they had a new one to me in days. Staff on the phone are always patient with me.

The price on the grill was a fair bit lower than the big name places I checked first, which is why I went with them. Ordering was easy enough, just the usual card details and a confirmation email. Delivery took about nine days though, and they didn't really say why until I emailed. Works fine now, but I'd have liked a rough date when I placed it.

Honestly one of the smoothest online orders I've made. I was looking at a few other places first and the prices here were just better once you add everything up, and the checkout didn't keep logging me out like on some sites. The kettle and toaster I got turned up two days later, boxed nicely and undamaged. Customer chat answered my question about the warranty within a couple of minutes too, which I wasn't expecting. Will be back.

The only thing was the fitting came to a little more than I'd hoped, but it's done and it works beautifully.

Compared with the other big online sellers I checked, their dishwasher had a proper half load setting and the noise rating was lower for not much more money. I've had a few dishwashers and know what to look for in the spec sheet. Ordered on a Wednesday, fitted the following week, and the installer knew his stuff. Hard to fault it.

Bought a small air fryer and it turned up exactly when they said. I've been ordering from them for years and they haven't let me down yet. Everything arrived in one piece and it was set up straight away.

Our old oven packed in on a Sunday with guests coming round so I was desperate. Found them on the site, ordered on the Sunday evening and it was booked in for the Tuesday. Really happy with how it went, thanks.
