Bought a compact dehumidifier for our damp bathroom after the windows kept steaming up, and it has made a real difference in a few weeks. I know the kit well from fixing up our old flat so I could tell straight away the spec matched what I needed. Arrived well packed, no faff, and the filter was easy to clean out. Price was fair for what you get, and I'd buy from them again.

The checkout on the app kept timing out on me twice before my order finally went through, which was annoying when I'd already picked everything. Once it did, the confirmation came through straight away and they've been good about it since.

Tried two other apps before settling on this, and this one looked nicer with fewer ads. Setup was fine but the verification step asked me to upload my ID twice. Support got back to me after two days. Once it was sorted it's been smooth.

Compared it with two other sites before I bought the tent poles and this was dearer by about a fifth. The replacement pole did arrive, but it took the best part of a week longer than I'd been told at checkout. Ordering was simple enough and the product is fine. Just felt I'd pay more for it.

I needed a proper firm mattress for the grandchild's cot after the old one went saggy, and I've been ordering from this lot for years for bits and bobs. The size I wanted was in stock and it came rolled up in a box that was easy to carry in. Fitted the cot without any bother. Good value for what it is.

Biggest thing that annoyed me was the delivery slot, said between 8 and 6 and it turned up at quarter to nine at night. Otherwise the order was fine and the app made it easy to pick a time. Just a shame.

Looked at a few places for garden chairs before going with these, and they came out the cheapest of the lot. The chairs are sturdy and went together in about half an hour. Checkout was quick and the delivery turned up on the day they said. Happy with it.

Honestly this site is so easy to use, I booked a slot on my lunch break and it took like two minutes. Got a reminder text the day before too which was nice. Would use again for sure.
