Needed a corner shelf before the in-laws came over and the old one had fallen off the wall. Found this one quickly on my phone and the order went through in a couple of minutes. It came the next day with all the screws, and it's sturdy enough for the bottles. Happy with that.
Read moreCompared these to the taps I'd seen in a big DIY store and the finish on the Shop version is just thinner. The chrome started to look a bit dull after a few weeks of daily use. The price was fair but I'd have paid a few pounds more for something that lasts.
Read moreI bought a replacement bath panel after the old one cracked. It was the only one I could find in the right length without having to pay for a bespoke job. The ordering process was straightforward and the instructions for fitting were quite clear, which I appreciated. It arrived within the week and fitted neatly against the bath. I'd happily order from them again.

Got the grey wall panels for the downstairs loo. I looked at three other sites and this one had the best price for the same thickness, plus they came with the clips. Delivery took a bit longer than the date they gave, but the panels were in good nick and went up easily.

Had never ordered from here before and wanted to check it was legit before paying. Sorted in the end, the basin arrived quickly and matches the photos. Customer team answered my question about the waste in about an hour.
The glass was thicker than I expected and the hinges feel properly solid when you swing the door. I've had two bathrooms done before and the usual cheap ones wobble after a month, so this is a nice change. Measurements were checked before anything was cut, which I appreciated.

Way cheaper than the shops I usually look at for bathroom stuff. Got a set of mats and a pump soap dispenser and the quality is better than I expected for the price. Packed well too.
Honestly one of the easiest sites I've used for bathroom bits. Ordered a toilet seat and a bath mat, both arrived fine and the checkout didn't make me jump through hoops. Will be back for more.
The heated towel rail is heavier than I thought when it arrived, which is a good sign. The brushed finish matches my other fittings and the wiring instructions were clear. Took about four days to show up, not bad at all for a rail this size.
