Needed cat food sorted before the weekend and the site had it listed as in stock. Delivery took three working days which was longer than the tracker said but it turned up. Checkout was a bit fiddly on my phone though, kept logging me out. Would probably order again.

We needed wet food for our two cats and the price per pouch on the bigger multipack was the cheapest I could find anywhere. Ordered on a Monday night, it arrived Wednesday. Everything was in date and the box was in good shape. Great for a family on a budget.

I'd been buying my dog's tablets from the vet for years, but the prices here were noticeably lower than the surgery charges. The order arrived well packed and the pharmacist's advice line answered my questions within the hour. I did find the search a little clumsy when I wanted to filter by brand. Still, I'm pleased with the arrangement and will continue to use them.

Tried a couple of other pet sites first but this one had the grain free kibble for my rabbit's sister in stock at a sensible price. The filters on the site made it easy to narrow things down. Packed well and the delivery was on time.

I used to drive twenty minutes to the big pet superstore for my budgie's seed and grit, so this is a real improvement on that trip. The order came well packed and the staff replied to my question about bird vitamins the same afternoon, which I did not expect. Prices were fair and the seed mix was exactly as listed. I'm very content with the service and shall be ordering again next month.

Looked at three or four other sites before settling here and the price on the cat litter was actually a bit higher than the one I'd found elsewhere. The checkout was quick and the order turned up on time. The litter itself is fine but I'd probably shop around first next time.

Would order from them again, the dog treats I wanted were in stock and arrived the next day. I was on my phone at work during my lunch break and checking out took about two minutes, saved card and all. Nothing went wrong and the box was on the doorstep when I got back from the school run.

Set up a monthly subscription for my lab's dry food on the app on the bus home. Took about two minutes to sign up and I picked the delivery day so I wasn't scrambling. The first box came on the date they said, sealed and the right bag. Reminders arrive by push notification a few days before the next one is due, which saves me forgetting. Only thing I'd change is being able to skip a month without emailing them.

Got a replacement flap for our cat's door from them. Took a few days to turn up but the price was fine and the site made it easy to find the right bit.

Good value for the money, the bundle of tins and treats worked out cheaper per item than the big supermarket. Delivery came the next working day in a box that was a bit bigger than it needed to be. Would order again for the cat.
