Compared with the firm I used before, I find the ordering here much clearer, and the prices are a touch lower on most things. The delivery people have always been polite when they call. I'd have given full marks if the tracking updates were a little more frequent.

Read moreI've been ordering my thick winter coat from them for years now, and this time it came a few days later than I was expecting. The coat itself is as good as always. Customer services did email me back promptly to say sorry for the delay, which was nice of them.

Easily one of the best online shops I've used. Prices were fair, the site is easy to scroll through and the order turned up quicker than they said it would. Will be back for sure.

This is a reliable place to buy from, and I've not had cause to complain in a good while. The site is straightforward to use and the order came in good condition. I'd happily order from them again.
I've been building PCs for years, so I needed a specific graphics card and a few cables fast. Stock was listed accurately, the specs matched the product page, and the parts showed up in a sturdy box. Exactly what I wanted.
My old kettle died on a Sunday and I needed something before the week started. Found one here for a good bit less than the high street and it was delivered by Tuesday. Sorted, and the price was the main reason I went with them.
I got a bedside lamp from here to match the one I already had, and it arrived well wrapped with no dents. The price was lower than the other places I checked, and the bulb fitted without any faff. Really pleased with it.
Ordered a pair of trainers on my phone at like 11pm and the whole thing took about two minutes, no account needed, which was class. Arrived the next day, lovely and quick, they're all good so far.
Honestly the best bit was that the checkout only asked for my postcode and card, no making an account first. Got through it in about two minutes on my phone on the bus. Stuff arrived the next day which was a nice surprise tbh. Would use again.
