The delivery guys were the best bit, they carried the mattress up three flights and didn't mark the walls once. Ordered on the site on my lunch break and it took about two minutes to sort. Bed's great, sleeping better already, no complaints.

the topper is the bit i love most, it's so soft and my back has stopped hurting. got it in a few days which was quick. box was a bit squashed when it arrived but the topper itself was fine, just a bit of a crease that's gone now.

Needed a new bed fast cause I'd just moved into my first flat and was sleeping on an air mattress. Ordered a double divan on a Tuesday and it turned up Friday, no fuss at all. Put it together with my mate and it's proper comfy.

I compared the price of a divan base against the big furniture chains and they were a fair bit cheaper, which is why I went with them. The bed itself does the job and the price was right. Delivery did take nearly three weeks though, and I had to chase them once to find out where it was.

Ordered a memory foam mattress from the site after months of looking around, and I was nervous since I'd never bought a bed online before. It arrived in a box that took two of us to lift, and it's been about six weeks now and I sleep way better than I did on my old one. Only thing is the trial period is a bit confusing to find on the site.

I bought a pocket sprung mattress for my spare room and it has been very comfortable for our guests. The ordering was straightforward and the mattress arrived when they said it would. We are very pleased with it and would happily buy from them again.

Compared to a shop in town where the staff were pushy, ordering online here was far less stress. The bed arrived in a box and went together fine on my own. Got a decent night's sleep first night, which is more than I can say for the last one.

We needed a replacement bed frame for my husband's room after his hip operation, as he needed something higher off the floor. The frame arrived a good deal later than the date given, and when it came the finish was not quite as shown in the photos. It's sturdy enough, but I'm afraid we found it a disappointment for the price paid.

This is the best bed I've owned and I'd say that to anyone looking. The mattress is firm without being hard, the sides don't sag, and the tufted headboard looks a lot pricier than it was. Ordering was simple and the bed came in one piece on the day they said it would.
